Upon acceptance, you will gain access to our affiliate dashboard, enabling you to generate unique affiliate links and access promotional resources.

3. AFFILIATE LINKS AND PROMOTIONAL RESOURCES

As an affiliate, you will receive distinct tracking links for monitoring traffic and sales generated through your promotional endeavors. You agree to utilize only the promotional resources provided by Grab.oglooks and to present them in a lawful and ethical manner. Any form of deceptive promotion or misleading practices is strictly prohibited.

4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliates will earn commissions based on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure, rates, and payment particulars will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard and are subject to change at Grab.oglooks’ discretion.

5. PAYMENT

Commissions will be distributed according to the payment schedule specified in the affiliate dashboard. Payment methods and thresholds may be subject to adjustment, and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to furnish accurate and up-to-date payment details.

6. FTC COMPLIANCE

Affiliates must comply with all pertinent laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. It is mandatory to disclose your affiliate relationship and any compensation received when promoting Grab.oglooks.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Affiliates must refrain from engaging in any activities that could tarnish Grab.oglooks’ reputation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, employing illegal or unethical marketing methods, and participating in any form of fraudulent activity.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

The affiliate relationship may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause. Grab.oglooks reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program if they breach the terms of this agreement.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Grab.oglooks retains the right to amend the terms of this Affiliate Policy as deemed necessary. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
